Dawn I bought OH one for his Birthday a new smaller variety Menhir, more upright......
Seaburn the tree surgeon took two huge branches off it a couple of months ago, my poor neighbour had to pay for it, even though it isn't her tree, the owners were not interested that it was hanging over her garden shed!! it is a beautiful tree I have to agree....

It must be a male. I've heard that they can be a bit smelly if the fruit falls. You always hear these warnings associated with the Ginkgo. ancient and beautiful IMHO. :-)
