This is my mum's plant. I think it's a Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis- Double flowered Cultiva. I'm not 100% sure though.

Thanks tasteyg. I think you're right. I must have been mixed up with another Pereskia plant just beside it. I think my mum meant the other orange flower (a rose cactus-Pereskia). LOL
