Perennial honesty. I now remove the seedpods before they split open as too many seeds germinated around the garden.

Andrew I think you have solved our little problem, we noticed we have lots of small plants coming up, no flowers, and my OH wondered if they could be honesty, which I happen to love, will pop a pic on tomorrow for your identification please....
