Now that is completely unfair! There's me, scattering a whole packet of seeds, and did I get one germinate? No, I didn't!

It's very pretty, Angie, and I shall just have to try again.

Oh, and I read an article about those purple ones...they aren't
N. damascena, they have another name. The seed pods are like lttle curls, no wonder I didn't get any seeds from them!

i think you get 2 types of pod anyway Spritz,,, the yellow ones i have are long and spikey you know just like Aquilegia pods... and i have seen some blue ones do this as well, but i am not sure if there are ripe seeds in them,, others have the round pods don't they... is this what you mean... if so we won't be able to get seed from the yellow ones after all,,, they have the spikey pods :-(
