What else?
See who else is growing Plumeria rubra (Atabaiba Rosada).
See who else has plants in genus Plumeria.

They are here for me homebird outdoor, but in pots plants.
There is a certain way some tropical plants adapt to a colder climate. They thrive in pots..just keep getting larger pots for larger plants.
But in ground? They might not do as well. Cooler ground temps maybe. Some say its all cold wet roots..but they are wet in pots all winter too.
One day I will try a Plumeria in ground. With a gopher cage around it!
