Yes,an evergreen Rhododendron.It's a bit of an uneven shape as i had to cut out some damaged growth.About 12 inches tall and wide eventually.

Does this flower in autum too as I have got one simular but on ticket it says Yellow Hammer.

Just spring.R. 'Yellow Hammer' is a much bigger plant,up to six feet and does quite often flower again in autumn.
