Roscoea purpurea 'Red Gurkha' - 2014

Roscoea purpurea 'Red Gurkha' - 2014 (Roscoea purpurea)

Short perennial, growing to about to a foot tall, for a cool, partly shaded position in moist, humus-rich soil. Very late into growth (often mid June), and not as hardy as the type - you will almost certainly lose it in the winter if you try and grow it in a pot.
