With the new rules coming in this 19th May for oaps Seaburngirl which has nt been revealed to the public yet I would rather wait to see if any will affect me that I might have to move out of my home. I hope this does nt affect yourself as one new rule is if you are becoming a pensioner and you have some one younger living with you, you will not be able to receive housing benefit you will have to go on Universal credit nor will you qualify for a tax rebate for the poorer pensioners. Also An elderly couple's income would drop from around £250 a week Pension Credit to just £115 a week Universal Credit.
Thank you for the offer which I might accept later when I see where I stand with the above.
