Hardy specie tulip for well-drained soil in full sun. Grows up to twelve inches tall.

That's because it's prostanthera cuneata. My original plant died in a bad winter; this replacement is three years old now.

I thought it was, we lost ours a couple of years ago, shame because I did like the evergreen pretty foliage, we have two others, but they are not half so attractive.....
