Gardening.

As it pouring outside I thought I would take the opportunity to write a few bits about the past week in the garden.I harvested my shallots, they are now drying in the greenhouse.Went mad and bought 2 lovely Salvia plants from a garden centre, picked several cucumbers and gave them away to my neighbours and transplanted some beetroot from cell trays to garden.
Hand weeded the onion bed, pricked out some sweetwilliam, foxgloves, delphiniums and some pink pipings.
Fed my toms, runner beans and sweet peas with my liquid comfrey.Picked the last of our broad beans, mowed the lawn and just gave our wild area a bit of a trim with the strimmer.
All in all,a very satisfying week.Love gardening!
