Well, the delivery date came and went and yet another for my hot tub!
Thursday before it was supposed to be delivered we recieved a phone call to say that the tub was BROKEN, beyond repair.
We would have to wait for another delivery from paris to the uk.
Fine, we waited the week Guess what? the delivery from Paris DID NOT arrive, now they say oh sorry it will be here this thursday and we will deliver to you friday! argh.
I tell them last chance maties!

Oh that sort of thing drives me nuts - you wait youll eventually need to do some shopping.You ll come back to find a card saying ..Sorry we tried to deliver your hot tub but you were out !

Oh - you must be SOOO disappointed! What a mess-up. I hope that they stick to the next delivery date (and give you a big bottle of wine to drink in the tub, LOL)
