Feel dissapointed the beds in plants seem to be dying off already even thou they ave been watered regularly only the bergonias are goin strong, tryin to cut down some conifers that are gettin a nuisance it’s goin to take time thou we’re doin it bit by but. Does anyone know if conifer roots can get in the foundations.

Conifer roots die off if the stem is cut at ground level,
a Tree Surgeon told me, and he was right.

They are very close to the house the last occupant planted them, I've heard before roots die off if cut right down
