Update on our new garden

Hello again
Well we have made great strides since my last blog and my husband has made three of the 4 veg beds that I asked him for, he did not adhere to my specifications but otherwise he did a good job. All I have to do now is find some soil to fill 3 of them. The first one we filled from a cage of leaf mould and very good soil that was already there after sieving it first which took ages. I planted some carrots seeds and watered them in but as it started to rain heavily and the wind became ferocious I couldn’t put the fleece on as it just whipped from my hands. I managed to grab it and thought I would try again today if it stops raining. The fleece was left unopened by the previous owners and when I opened it 8 plastic poles dropped out. I have no idea how to put this on so any suggestions would be welcome. I am still not able to get my pictures to appear even though I select and click. They must be too big but I am new to windows 10 and have not figured it out yet. Again any advice on that is welcome.

Are they poles with round plastic balls to go on top? I have seen some frames like that on sale or are I'd it the cloche type where the poles bend into hhop shapes? There aren't any loops on the fleece, are there for the poles to go through?
I don't use Windows 10 but most photo programmes have an option to resize the images. Or, you can change the settings on your camera to produce smaller images.

I don't think the edition of Windows can be the problem. Are you following all the instructions where it says add a photo"? If not what are you doing that doesn't work?
