Scottish Eggs
Ok boil 8 -12 eggs
peal then
make mixture from sausage 1 lb 1 cup bread crumbs 1 egg little water not to much mix all together very sticky
section off wrap the boiled egg with this mixture little tricky but you can do it
Bake in oven until golden brown about 25- 30 min
cool
next take large crescent roll and wrap around each one bake one last time in oven until golden brown they are so yummy you will love it and all your family will love them too.

I like scotch eggs, use to make loads when children where young,dont do them as much now.

Love Scotch Eggs Lujean,in fact I used to make hundreds every day when I was at work, luckily I`m retired now so only make them occasionally....

Hi Lujean we have scotch eggs over here but not in a crescent roll unless its like a croissant I don't know what they are. I had friends who would have scotch eggs and Melton Mobray Pork pie for Christmas day breakfast... not for me!
