Gardening Mirabelle Plum

For Hedgehog, I have two mirabelle plum trees in my front garden surrounded by hedge of box & privet. Living in Gloucestershire we had the frost also, but this has not stopped development of a good crop. Although these trees are quite small, this year I have picked 15lbs of these beautiful fruits in turn making aprox 26lbs of jam. It has a fabulous taste cross between marmalade & plum.Simple to make.If you want a recipe I’ll do one for you. From Maz21
