Well we are off to Cyprus Saturday so we have done our usual thing , this time of year…………………….Picked our Confference Pears.
I have placed them on newspaper on trays in the garage.[ONLY the perfect ones ] . The slight " grub " one , I have been busy and have peeled and chopped , placed in bags and put in the freezer………..Will make a nice pie / crumble during the winter months.
We left some on the tree so the birds can carry on eating their way through pears they have already started………cant deprive them completely !
