Too pretty to eat...almost!
New addition this year to the veg/herb corner.

Is it easier to grow than spinach mine always goes to seed!

Grows like weed...('a weed' I should say)...it's nearly ten feet tall now and we've been eating it since June!
Will be a definate again for next year, it's milder than ordinary spinach which is nice for salads especially with that lovely pink colour, but when you cook it goes just green.

Sounds like just the job we use loads of perp spin and chard for curries! will get some for next season ta JJ! youre a wee cracker so y'are!

You're welcome. The 'proper' name's chenopodium giganteum if that's any help for buying seed.
