Yes,In UK you can buy this jack fruit from the Asian groceries.It gets so big one person would not be able to lift it up without help.As far as i know this jack fruit is the world largest fruit and a single person would not be able to finish whole fruit but to share it !!In here the biggest one can cost you upto 40 pounds.And yes-you can eat the seeds too, in 'curry' along with fish or meat as vegetable. One fruit contains about 40 to 60 seeds looks like Almond nuts.Thanks for reading.

Jaderose, i know it is expensive.but what we do is--find another customer and share it out by two.therfore its costs £15-£20 pounds to each customers.Small one would cost about £10 pounds.Good news is They sell dried seeds in packets.So we dont have to buy a big one only for seeds.Even sometimes they sell 4 to 6 pieces of fresh fruit cleaned and seedless as packets which costs about £2 pounds.
Seeds need to peel off the skin and cut half then use as vegetables.Its better to leave for few days to dry up by itself so that easily you can peel off the skin.I hope this info would help,Thanks.
