A sweet potato to absorb soil nutrients, other in the water can absorb nutrients, many vegetables and fruits, do not need the land, cultivating the water, but also be able to harvest! Like your roses! China did not!

Fluff Is it really magic, the earth seems to be a mother, but the water seems to be father, so the combination of water and land, brought people of our planet,
Michaella I encourage you to study! You will be able to do it well, because you are a very good botanical garden.
Shapla Is that a sweet potato cultivation is the need of water, soil cultivation is! That is the case!

Thank you Jaderose
I have started my research, so far, I had to find out the official name for growing vegetables in just water. Found it, the name is 'Hydroponics', very interesting, there are pages and pages of it. I am very interested, and will look further into it. Have a good day!
