I dont know what it is or what to do! It looks like purplish moving patches! Found in a raised bed with carrots and onions do i need to act quick to contain it???

well it looked like it was jumping i've just been to check it and can't see it so it must be animal - its either burrowed or flown off???? its got me itching all over... anyone heard of purple fleas haha!

Could it be some kind of mite? have to get DiOhio in on this. Amazing power of suggestion, now I'm itching. haha.
