Hi Hywel, we have 3000sq mtrs - and two bad backs!! We work in Tenerife so we do expect this between visits. The drive was fun, grass & weeds above the roof of the car. I recently managed to accost a Spaniard who was going over his ground with a tractor and got him to come and do ours. That was easier than pulling out weeds. I´m hoping he will come up every now and then to just keep the weeds down for me.

Hi Bernieh, yes, but is was expected due to the time, about 18 months, that we´d been away.
