Very pretty, is it a mock orange, I've discovered there are more called that than one species.....lol.

wow..a mock orange..I know it was a nursey tree planted by the previous owner of my home..the flowers come out in late June, last for a few weeks and smell heavenly, esp. at night..but it doesnt grow any berries or fruit, nothing?

That is how my sister's mock orange acts. What a scent too! This type was 'in style' probably when it was put in. My sisters came from a previous owner and has a similar size as well.
