What a lovely feature! Shame that it attracts the snakes. Not something we have to think about in wet Leicestershire!

Thanks Beanerella - we'd catch the snakes mating around it at breeding time (April/May), not a pretty sight...

I can imagine that mating snakes must be a bit of sight! Not sure I'd want to see that!!!
