This plant is in my friend's backyard of the house she just bought. I took a cutting that I am currently trying to get rooted. I would love to know what it is so I can find out more about caring for it.

My guess is Mandevilla. I think they are really beautiful. Good luck with your cutting.

I thought it might be campsis radicans, but I'm not sure. The flowers look very pink in the picture, but are more orange in real life.

Does look more like that, especially the leaves. These petals look like they are pointed in this pic. Those trumpet vines can really take off.

If I can get the cutting to take, I have a spot for it to take right over...

I have no idea. I thought it looked a little like some trumpet vines I've seen.

Thnx Shaylaina...I saw a few on a street near me, so I'm going to ask around if anyone is sure about the name.

I think it is Campsis MG. Be careful though as they can be quite invasive. They have roots that go on forever and send up shoots.

I am asking about the plant with flowers and the smaller, bilateral leaves. It is growing in among another one that I don't know either, but don't need to know.
