Yes Arlene both pictures take from outside my back door.they have a controlled lift off Fri/Sat/Sun twice each day weather permiting at 6.30 am then 6.30 pm .they lift off about 30 at a time round ones first shapes go up last because they are much slower.preceeding the Fiesta they have a moonglow in the dark where a large number of balloons are tethered to the ground and inflated, and then in time to music they are illuminated by switching the gas on and off, that alone is quite a spectacular, add to that this year the Red Arrows displaying above them at around 6 oc Sat the A38 was almost at a standstill as people stopped there cars to watch.

~we had the Red Arrows a few weeks ago in Swansea Bay~fantastic!
Will have to get there for next year .I think we were going to go last year but it was forecast to be wet and we didn't~got some photos my kids took a few years ago when they had a great time!Lovely to be able to see it from your garden!
When Caz was in Bath we often saw Balloons on the way.

According to the local rag they had to turn people away on saturday with an estimated 150,000 thousand people inside Ashton Court.we did not see any balloons saturday but the wind changed by a few degrees and brought them over our heads on sunday
