At the beginning of the summer this looked so bad...mostly yellowing...Its amazing what a bit of feeding can do..isnt it?

I think my sister has her eye on it...Its in a pot (like a lot of my plants)..I told her she could have it, i dont have room for it...

i have this to mot... i just love the shiny leaves, mine was a bit off in spring, dead leaves, was in pot so moved into raised bed and doing great now

Really beautiful. I've just planted one. May I ask you one thing; do you protect it from cold during winter?

I had it in a pot for about 6 years, never protected it...last spring i re-potted it and it did very well....My nephew took a liking to it so he has it in his garden now, in the ground and it survived the bad winter we just had without any protection....they do like to be kept fed...foliar feed does them good...:>)

If you can find a sheltered spot for it Tommy...then all the better...They also tend to like soil on the acidic side....:>)

You are welcome Tommy...I fed this one with a foliar feed for acid-loving plants....as you can see its nice and green....Happy gardening T..:>)
