Suey this is a Hardy Gerbera .

I have them too Scotcat, they are one of my favourite flowers.
I have carmine and this white one, i think i'll get the pale pink ones aswell !!!
Actually, yours IS the pale pink one isn't it ? I just looked again !

Looks pink in photo but it is white .

Was bought as white Louise but maybe in full sun shows as a pink tinge.

Have you ever split yours to give you more Louise?

I haven't yet but i probably will try in the early spring.
I've only had mine since early spring this year, they've made great growth though, i'm so pleased with them - i didn't dare hope they'd be this good !!!

Have you had yours long ?

I bought mine at Dobbies in early Spring and it has delighted me with many blooms .

I bought one last yr to a friend and hers is still growing well planted in ground ,mind you she did cover it with fleece in winter.

I must get mfor my containers as they give a wonderful display.

Are yours in containers ? Mine are out in the ground, they've doubled in size and i'm really pleased with them. (i know, i keep saying that !!!!)
