Yes Sid you'll need your specs to be sure...yes it has dark green, reddish black spots and white on the leaves!! gorgeous thing for a vegetable!

Aahhh, how cool to see it growing in your garden Lori...! I love the foliage on this one, the bigger it gets the more variegated it becomes.

I hope we don't have our first frost too early this year...I'd like to see this have a chance to set fruit. I saw some pretty little purple flowers on it! but you have to have at least a week of nighttime temps about 70 deg. F. for them to set fruit right?

Sounds right Lori, think it wiuld still happen as long as it didn't drop below about 64 deg F.

I grow my peppers in the greenhouse - the growing season is just a tinsy bit to short for them outdoors here.

uh-oh...I think last night sealed it's fate, Flcrazy... it was 6 degree C last night which is down in the 40's...oh well.. It is such a bonus! after the cool wet beginnings of this summer, it's a miracle it survived! thanks again..
