I believe it is actually Xanthogramma Pedissequum (Hoverfly to you and me). Carry on taking the pics Newfie. You doing a great job of it.

I'll try but not always successful. As I've said to others, I don't know them all but have to look them up in one of my books. Would hate to claim credit when it is not due.
