This larkspur is wild here, but I didn't catch the bloom. Here it is anyway, to seed by the potentilla. :-)

Oh! I does! :-) There was a lot of branches removed to improve the trail. Some very fresh like this. :-) I was a little put off from my memory of the place, that gives me a much better way to appreciate these knots. :-)
