Common names include Thorn Apple (from the spiny fruit), Pricklyburr (similarly), Jimson Weed, Moonflower, Hell's Bells, Devil's Weed, Devil's Cucumber, and Devil's Trumpet

Milky we have so many poisenous plants. i taught my children that they had to treat all plants as poisenous unless otherwise told...

Yes Im of the same opinion Sandra, but its been in the daily paper and on BBC East and in the Ametaur Gardener.....Some people are just not gardeners are they Sandra. We all know not to eat them or lick them or our fingers after touching them.....Lol

its amazing we all survived concidering all the dangers around us...i grew up with no seat belts, loads of us in the back of my parents estate car to go out for the day, very few speed cameras, and loads of fox gloves, laburnam, and many more poisenous plants in the park.

I love these.....They have had terrible press over here recently, as they seem to be popping up everywhere, thought to be carried in some bird seed.....and because every part of it is so poisonous. and its got a lot of people worried....But I have saved seed and will certainly be growing them again
