Such great floppy leaves on this - your photo shows the heart shaped leaves so well.

Never heard of this one.

It's the Catalpa bignonioides, Toto. They're a beautiful, quite large tree that will have an almost perfect dome-shaped canopy - fantastic shade trees and they have gorgeous white flowers. I'm pretty sure Chrispook has a few photos of this one on her homepage.
