Is this the "pineapple" plant?

Hi Tasteyq, ues it's also called the "pineapple lily" - it's actually a member of the hyacinth family; but I've never spotted any scent!

I just love these plants, it has such unique, long lasting blooms. Or I might should say bracts. The bloom itself, doesn't last very long, but the bracts and stalk lasts for months !
