My smoke bush is meant to be royal purple, but it is mainly a miz of green and vaguely red leaves. I don't mind - I think it is still beautiful.

I don't think I should keep it in the pot for long, as they can grow huge. The leaves are fab though and I like to have it near the house, so I can see it often. There is also a lime green one which has my name written on it at our local nursery!

That will be a set! Tempted to give up a little lawn to have them in the ground and still near the windows? :-)

We are planning on changing the garden quite radically anyway, so will leave it for now. Its always an option though!
