Thanks Skillen, no plans for fish yet - still trying to get the waterfall working properly and with four cats not sure fish would be a good idea although I would like some wildlife in the pond.

you could put a grid over, i know they dont look great but at least you could have fish , frogs etc, or meshing but then frogs couldnt get in and out, umm just a thought

Our cats don't bother much with the pond - once they got over the novelty!
