Same temp. here today Star - hope your new kitchen goes in without any hitches and looks fabulous. It's amazing how a new kitchen suddenly makes you feel like you're living in a new house.

Yes I am really looking forward to it going in Bernieh. When we extended this house some 7 years ago we put in a secondhand one......it was nice but it had diagonal grooves on the doors and was a devil to clean...I have bad wrists and fingers ...so this one is smooth doors and designed by me.

Sounds interesting - you will have to show us the doors you designed. I designed the kitchen cupboards in the house before this one and I really miss it - they were made out of silky oak which is my favourite type of wood. It was a beautiful kitchen - this one's fine but certainly not beautiful.

Sorry I mislead you Bernieh....I meant I designed the kitchen.
Has cooled down here now and only going to be 27C tomorrow which is quite managable.I will post a photo when it is done.they should finish Tuesday or Wednesday but then hubby Dave will have to tile. I am tossing up between plain white tiles or white with a border I have seen....it's of Frangipani's.....surprise surprise....lol
