Nesting material

We put the hair we brushed from our Border Colie into a birds feeder in our garden in the hopes that the firds may find it as suitable nesting material. (My husband often reminisces about the time when as a young boy he found a nest near his house that was lined with ginger hair from their family cat). I was amused to find that the birds have been playing tug of war with the feeder and heres the evidence.
