Not sure if this will come out W as it is a screen grab, once you have clicked the purple rectangle and the next page comes up, scroll to the very top and you should see the little Vote box at the top, only small.

Thanks Skillen, the birds one is actually the little box at the top saying 'Vote Today', once you click on that, the birds frame comes up and you just type in Oasis, AZ in the state box and it comes up and you just vote.
