Yes just like April showers, I know that Austraila has had it like this for their spring which they are in now as I have another gardening friend that informs me of the weather there.

Yes it is its because the poles have changed too they tilt every so often.

There are lots of things out of season this year. I think it's an extra bonus for us :o)
