I think this is Impaient balsamic, it drifted over from my neighbor's place, but it was planted there when she rented her house. But I thought someone might like to take a break from shoveling snow to see there were still flowers a few miles south.

A San Francisco standard. There,it makes hedges. The "Worlds crookedest Street" has plenty of them.
