This has a brittle stem and I found it flourished in the open ground, but tends to fall out of a pot.

I had this once, and a variegated form. but I don't find they last very long.

That was it Hywel. I think mine started as variegated and called A .domesticum.

That's it Aeonium domesticum I used to call it. It has changed it's name.

I didnt realise there were so many in this genus.

There is supposed to be another called tortuosum, but images make it look the same. I suspect there are three names for the same plant.
