The cats are enjoying their new enclosure.

Yes, raccoons mostly, but also large hawks, plus they are a block away from a very busy intersection, and the cats are not used to roaming free.

They love being out there, even in cold weather, as the garden is filled with bird feeders and thus birds for them to watch (and other wildlife, like black squirrels and rats... - it's a city, after all). They also like to lie in the sun, and the end of the cage faces south.
