what is this plant???

I got this plant in a small funeral planter and I can't for the life of me identify it let alone care for it properly! The only thing I figured out after two years is that if it dries out all the bottom leaves fall off. I would love to keep this one alive if anyone can help!

Not sure as for the name...maybe some kind of Ficus? I'm sure somebody will say the right name...:)
