A familiar little flower, but I get confused at diferentiating between the other violets. Incidently, does anyone know what a dog has to do with them.

"Oh boy", how am I going to let everyone know that I am a MALE of the Human species, the best way I suppose is to ask those that are not sure, to read my blog on Turtle Tagging. LOL, Heee-Heee-He, Chuckle-chuckle.
Thanks for the info Yorky, it's always good to know how these flowers get their names. Now I will know when I put in my picture of a 'Dog Rose.
