How tall is it?

this is around 10ft tall !!!

Wow, do you eat the seed or leave it for the birds?

the seed is still tender.. though the flower head been facing down for 2 weeks now. I want to save the seeds so I can plant it again. Some of the seeds are eating by the birds but there are plenty for them.

I need to wait for the head to turn yellow then I can harvest. Thats what I know!
