Bottle tents and news paper wraping was used to save the graft union in apple from low temperatures an experiment.

The cold weather starts in november and thaws out in feb, March is the spring.

The experiment on early grafting has been a success ,See the grafted scion with healthy leaves .The graft was iserted at about 17 inches height.
