hi steve and welcome hope you enjoy planning your garden, lots of ideas and tips on here and lots of members to ask questions, think i would start from scratch with the grass and lay a new lawn, very patchy and as you say lots of moss, seed is cheaper but takes time, good luck,

God yes Annella. We have our pictures as our screen saver on PC and saw this the other day. Quite a change really! lol
