I love these GT, and you are so right they do not like warmth.

Let's hope the cold floor works out this year.

Thank you Val, TOG and Lincs. :-) Its about 12C on the floor or cooler, so I expect it to fare well. Last year I realised it too late.

Thank you Clarice. Its doing well so far. Flowers on a tall stem, which I prefer. I'll be sad to lose it, but I think it'll be fine this time round.

Thanks GG1. It's still doing well and blooming. I think it does like it's spot. The leaves are a bit different, I enjoy having it around.

Nice shiny faces in the, what still is for me, winter.

It's really felt like spring here this wk still chilly around 7C but the sun promises to shine for a few days yet. I love being able to dry washing on the line. I've had my nephew here helping with some cleaning coz he's unemployed and wanted some money to go to the Cinema. He forgets I'm unemployed too but at least it helps gets rid of some more clutter. Lol

Sounds like some nice weather and company. :-) Hope it keeps warming from there.

Thanks Sixpence. It has lost a few blooms but is still doing very well in this cool spot. Might survive for years now I know what to do with it. :-)

How you have many years blooms with it, I always dehead mine to encourage more growth.

Good tip, I'll be removing some heads today. :-)
