That is quite a flood!

Luckily, our garden slopes down to the park, and our house in two storeys at the front and three at the back - so we shouldn't ever have trouble with flooding. Unlike some houses further down the road where another road joins - those houses had the run off of rain water from the other road and had to put sandbags to try to deflect the water from entering their cellars.
