The Barbecue Season has Started 22.04.08

We had our first barbecue on Tuesday. It was great to be able to sit outside with a glass of wine watching th fish in the pond and listening to the birds twittering to each other while we were kippered as the barbecue got going. We weren't properly prepared, we only had a pack of sausages and another of lamb kebabs in stock. However, we have had two more barbecues since then ( one by request from those who missed out the first time and one for just the two of us) and have stocked up with burgers, chops etc. too.
Last night Paul and I had a barbecue at Shenstone and were amazed to see bats darting around too.
As you can see, Jasper likes to join in as well, he has his supper outside and if he is lucky there is the odd bone to gnaw on too.
Its lovely when you can get outside and enjoy yourself
